Orders open:

Sunday & Wednesday (9am – 12pm)

Orders are placed via WhatsApp — just send your order during the order window and we’ll confirm everything with you.

~Sourdough Collections~

• Sunday orders → Tuesday

• Wednesday orders → Friday

Sourdough takes time to ferment naturally, which is what gives it its flavour and texture. Each loaf is baked fresh on the morning of collection.
 

~All Other Bakes~

• Sunday orders → Monday

• Wednesday orders → Thursday

If you’re ordering sourdough as well, you’re welcome to collect everything together.

~A Little Note Before You Order~

Saffa & Sage is a small home bakery, run by just one pair of hands. Everything is made fresh to order in small batches, so availability is limited each week.

Each item is handmade, meaning no two bakes will ever be exactly the same, and that’s part of the charm. This isn’t factory baking, but a slower, more thoughtful process using real ingredients.

Allergen Information

All products are made in a home kitchen that handles common allergens including gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and seeds. While care is taken, I cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.

Gluten-Free Options

Some bakes can be made using gluten-free ingredients on request. However, all items are prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten, so I cannot guarantee that any products are completely free from traces. For this reason, these items may not be suitable for those with coeliac disease or severe gluten allregies
